Is it possible to buy energy saving bulbs in clear glass somewhere?

I don't think so, most energy saving bulbs are fluorescent and are most always coated on the inside, making them white. But it is possible to get low voltage halogen lighting that doesn't use much energy. Good luck.Is it possible to buy energy saving bulbs in clear glass somewhere?
You can get candle type chandolier bulbs in CFL's. I don't know if they are clear, but they are available.
