In the infant section at any supermarket for under 5$. And yes, you should have a whelping kit stocked for any emergency! You can get a booklet from your vet that outlines what it should contain and how %26amp; when to use each item. NO ONE should have a litter without this very important kit. You should not need one let nature take it course and let the mother take care of her own puppies. She will lick there mouth and nose and clear all of that out. I guess it wouldnt hurt to have one on hand though incase there was a problem.

You shouldn't need to clear their noses and mouths when they are born. The mamma dog knows what to do.
I would go to your local Walmart, Target, or Department/Grocery store. They are in the infant section.
